65.04 - Hats and other headgear, plaited or made by assembling strips of any material, whether or not lined or trimmed. This heading covers essentially hats aid other headgear made from the hat-shapes of heading 65.02 after they have been blocked to shape, have had their brim made or have been lined or trimmed. The hat-shapes are blocked by pressing x ironing on a matrice, usually after having been stiffened by ap lication of gelatin, size, gun, etc. In the process of blocking, the crown opening is iven an ova shape of the required size and at the same time the brim becomes more clearly de ed. S h After blocking, the brim is fashioned to the required shape.
