By accessing hsnote.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HSNote provides a searchable, bilingual (English + Bangla) reference database of Bangladesh Customs Tariff codes, WCO Explanatory Notes, import/export laws, and trade calculation tools. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes only.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited.
• You must be 18 or older to subscribe to a paid plan.

• Paid features require an active subscription, processed via SSLCommerz or bKash.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free tier.

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content via automated means without written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content from HSNote.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Bangladesh law.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls or access controls.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise site security.

HSNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that duty rates, HS classifications, or legal text are accurate, complete, or current. Tariff rates change frequently via NBR SROs — always verify before shipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law, HSNote and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the service, including customs penalties, duty underpayments, or import delays.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice or refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
